When Things Take Longer

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Goes Missing
We want to help if something goes wrong. For items that arrive damaged or for packages that are lost in transit, we can step in to make things right. The key is to let us know promptly. Please send us clear proof of the damage or loss within 5 days of receiving your goods. This allows us to accommodate your situation effectively. In the specific case of a damaged item that needs a replacement, we will cover the shipping costs for that replacement.
Handling Returns and Exchanges
When you decide to send an item back, the return shipping costs are yours to cover. The original shipping charges from your order are also not refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total amount you receive back. For exchanges, the time it takes for the new product to reach you can vary based on your location.
